the ceramic toner decals are fired onto the clay and will be permanent as they fuse into the glaze. white areas are not printed as an opaque white, but as transparent, so any light colored or white areas will need to be on the white glaze. I only recommend the grey glaze for pets that are fully dark, as any light colored fur will only show the color of the glaze below.

for this urn size, a tall and more narrow image will work best. a wide image will not work well on this urn size.

*ash volume varies. please measure the ashes with a ruler in cubic inches (length x width x height), or ask the funeral home for a size recommendation. 

these urns currently take approximately 2-7 days to make (plus shipping time). contact us for an update on availability. We try to keep some urns partially made and ready to customize, so some of the urns can be ready to ship sooner than others.
