Welcome to our Partner Portal

We are looking to partner with loss support non-profit organizations, funeral homes, crematoriums, vet offices, and pet aftercare businesses. Please contact us if you would like to discuss ways we can partner to help reach people in need of urns. There are many ways we can work together and we would love to hear from you.


What we offer to partners

We have three methods we use to partner with organizations and businesses:

  • Share Cart: Organizations have families pick their order and make all the personalizations they want. Once the design is finalized the family uses our “Share Cart” function to email a direct link to their cart to the organization. The organization can then complete the order.
  • Discount and invoice Organization: Organizations share a discount code to families,  the families can order with the discount code and then we invoice the organization at the end of the month.
  • Discount code to share with families: Organizations get a discount code they can share with families for the families to get a discount on their order.

 

Veterinarian Offices and Pet Aftercare Businesses:

For the pet urns, we have partnered with vets looking to share the urn resource and we can provide sample urns, discount cards or pamphlets. We are also interested to partner with pet loss support instagram and Facebook groups.

We put our partner orders on the very top of our production queue, so we can ship those urns out as quickly as possible.

We offer introduction kits to non-profits and business that have a physical location. We are working on a pamphlet meant to share directly with families/owners experiencing loss when they are in the veterinarian offices and hospitals, these are a combination of sympathy card with information on our urns and ways they can customize them.

Introduction kits:

  • A physical urn product catalog meant for the organization to hold onto
  • Stack of take away sheets
  • urn samples
  • Mini cards
  • Special discount coupon code for that specific business to use to order the urns.
